Tail Sweep: Don't stand behind!
Poison Breath: Frontal cone - dodge
Pestilent Pools: Poison on ground - move

Phase 2: Infestation (70% - 40%)

Summon Plague Bearers: Adds spawn - kill them
Corruption Wave: Expanding wave - dodge through
Poison Nova: Large AoE - get distance

Phase 3: Pestilent Apocalypse (40% - 0%)

Ground Slam: Massive damage - far away!
Poison Rain: Covers arena - keep moving
Enrage: Attack speed increases - burn phase!

Weak Points

Attack Ashava's legs to stagger her. When staggered, the weak point on her head is exposed - attack for massive damage!
